Clare Bailey is a well-known retail commentator and high street campaigner. She is a regular guest expert for live TV & Radio broadcasts including: BBC Breakfast, Sky News, Channel 5, ITV Good Morning Britain, BBC Radio 4, 5 Live & LBC... to name a few!
Also a frequent press contributor, Clare has written for The Times, Telegraph, Independent, Guardian, Sun, Mirror, Mail, Huffington Post and a range of other B2B publications. She is a best-selling author of 2, retail-focused business books, both published by Kogan Page.
Clare has spent her entire working life in the retail sector - starting out in store management; moving to head offices. She has worked with brands such as McDonalds, M&S, Dixons, Argos, Asda, Disney & Sainsbury. During the latter part of her employed career she spent several years in senior retail-facing consulting roles with both software giant, SAP, and international management consultancy Accenture.

Christina is the Head of Customer Experience and Innovation at Old Mutual Wealth.
She has worked in the financial services sector in the customer experience space for nearly 25 years. Her unique, unconventional and creative thinking has brought the customer to life in the most unexpected but impactful way.
She has won a series of internal and external awards for her work and was recently awarded the UK Customer Experience Professional of the Year.

Ian has worked globally across multiple industries including retail, financial services, logistics, manufacturing, telecoms and pharmaceuticals deploying CX tools and methodologies.
An internationally renowned speaker and blogger on the subject of CX, Ian was also the first to become a CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional) Authorised Resource & Training Provider.

Andrew McMillan, Engaging Service
Andrew started his career as a management trainee with the John Lewis Partnership. Over the next eighteen years he led a number of selling teams in different branches. He was then asked to lead on customer experience for the group. In 2012 Andrew set up his own consultancy specialising in employee engagement, customer experience and the link between the two. He is also in demand internationally as a conference speaker and chair.
Andrew McMillan will draw upon his three decades experience at John Lewis to share his insight on creating a distinct customer experience, leading teams and engaging employees. Andrew will explain that consistency is key to reputation and the whole team has to be brilliant with the customer, not just some, but all of the time. His role in defining and growing the John Lewis brand has been key to its success today.

Jonathan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM).
He has almost 20 years' industry experience working in world-class organisations, where he has first-hand experience of managing marketing departments, with significant influence over board decisions, and subsequent product/service growth strategies.
With a thorough understanding of marketing best practice formed through a solid academic background, he was invited to advise on the design and development of the now globally adopted CIM Marketing Standards.
Jonathan now works as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Mobaro Retail, and utilising his knowledge of the implementation of critical marketing processes and systems, he is able to provide insight to clients on how to maximise the ROI from the Mobaro Retail solution.
